Who’s Pulling the Strings?

My name is Darren Snell, I’m a Kinesiologist and fitness instructor who in a former life ran a health & wellness program for a successful O&G company. Today I find myself on a new path looking for answers - ultimately a guy who believes there’s salvation in fitness & education. More on me later.

What’s Crossroad21 all About?

The philosophy of Crossroad21 is simple, wellness and physical fitness are about trade offs: there’s a time for putting in the work, a time for rest & recovery, and there’s always time for a little play - I plan to explore it all This platform offers fitness and education services, shares ideas, and encourages people to push boundaries.

Why Now?

What’s the expression? “If life gives you lemons, make a gin fizz”? Many of us as of late are at a crossroads, this concept isn’t exactly reinventing the wheel but as I/we carve out a path forward I plan to share in the experience and find some common ground.

Where to Look?

If your getting started on the site the ‘Fitness’ tab includes all current fitness services being offered. The ‘Vault’ contains free content like favorite workouts, and my blog/personal journal ‘The Rub’ - pullin’ no punches it’s my two cents on exercise, nutrition science, and health in mainstream media. Everything else is straightforward with content always being added.
