We’re experiencing a crossroads in time, one that’s altering the course of many peoples lives; for some the change is welcome, for others its a struggle, and for many it’s surprisingly needed. Regardless the impact we’ve all come to an impasse with a road forward that’s unclear - step onto it with purpose and meaning.

Who am I . . .
The resume reads “A personal trainer with 25 years of combined experience managing health facilities and independent consulting in the fitness and lifestyle industry” - pretty straight laced but altogether true. Aside from that I dipped a toe in the ring as a professional Kickboxer back in the day, and had a pretty successful run as an amateur. More importantly when it comes to fitness I get it, and I also get most of you - I’ve succeeded, I’ve failed, I’ve cheated myself, I’ve given it my all, and I’ve tested my resolve more ways than you can shake a stick at - not always for the best either. In short, I’ve tread many paths and come to the conclusion its always best to keep moving forward, one foot in front of the next.
“Life should not be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside in a cloud of smoke, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and loudly proclaiming "Wow! What a Ride!”
