Summary Of Workout:

  • This is part of a series of outdoor workouts created with simplicity and ease of execution in mind - make this is hard or as challenging as you want with modifications for beginner through advanced participants in mind. The description below is for the advanced, modifications will follow.

Equipment Required:

  • Open football field, green space, Beach (next level)

  • Tunes

Time to Complete:

  • 35-45 minute

Recommended Weights:

  • NA

Music:

  • 80’s Rock with a heavy emphasis on Kenny Logins and Bon Jovi (think ‘Top Gun’)

WORKOUT

Warm Up - 5 RDS of:

Mountain Climbers x 20

Jumping Jacks x 20

High Knees - 20 meters

But Kickers - 20 meters

Forward Crawl - 20 meters / rest as needed

Main Set - 40 RDS of (approx. 200m)

  • 5 walking lunges

  • 5 burpees

  • —> 200 lunges / 200 burpees

  • Cool Down

  • 10 min light jog

    DONE

Tips to Modify: intermediate cut numbers 1/2; beginner cut numbers 3/4. Consider swapping in 1/2 burpees or pushups for full burpees
